These are the best five-star hotels in luxury holiday destinations for under £100 a night

Summer is approaching – and dozens of Coventry and Warwickshire residents will be booking overseas trips in the days and weeks ahead.

New research from Hotels.com ‘s Hotel Price Index™ has revealed the top five exotic destinations with five-star hotels under £100 a night in 2016.

And, the best news is that they are still so cheap for 2017!

At the top of the list was Riga, Latvia.

Hotels in the European city were cheaper than staying in four-star accommodation in popular cities such as Tokyo, Los Angeles and Venice.

Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia comes second on the list of destinations offering affordable luxury.

Siem Reap, Cambodia, meanwhile took third place.

Pattaya and Bangkok in Thailand also make the top five.

Riga, Latvia



Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel is available from £86 per room per night and is within walking distance of the Old Town, not to mention that it is minutes from popular sites such as the Freedom Monument and St. James’s Cathedral.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
